As a highly efficient and cross-border energy distributor for electricity, natural gas, and energy-related services, we have set ourselves the important task of supporting our customers with an extensive range of services in all areas of energy consumption.

EAA was established in 2001. The company is the joint energy sales and trading enterprise of ENERGIE BURGENLAND, EVN, and WIEN ENERGIE. The EAA Group is Austria’s largest energy distributor with the clear goal of securing its competitive edge in the liberalised market for electricity and natural gas, and to further develop its market position. Both in Austria and abroad, EAA supplies about three million customers – from private households to commercial and industrial enterprises – with electricity, natural gas, and related services.        

Moreover, EAA Energy Trading not only forms the central interface between production, sales, and the wholesale market, but has also become one of the leading trading companies in Austria.
